Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People Director for Learning Ally is responsible for every aspect of the company's People, Culture and Talent policies. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and implementing a global human resources strategy. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation as well as change. She is passionate about learning and sees management and team building as her greatest advantage. Her broad experience with small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes have helped to create organizations that were able to embrace the concept of learning and innovation to improve the performance of teams and organizations. Annmarie devotes her time and energy for Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non-profit organizations. These include being an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders, and providing leadership training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association in North America with the specific mission to provide training as well as advocacy for hotels in the healthcare industry and also helping to support Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to stopping addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
