Pickler who was born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, went through an extremely difficult childhood. When Pickler was just 2 Her mother left to avoid an abusive situation. In 1995, she was returned back to the world of Pickler, and took custody. But it didn't take place as expected. Pickler was reunited with her parents when she was twelve years old. The grandparents helped her through to adulthood. Pickler had to take care of her children without parents. According to her, because she was not able to devote time to studying, she began learning how to cook and clean from a very early age. Pickler was on her middle school and high school's cheerleading team. North Stanly High School, where she graduated in 2004 is her school of choice. Pickler is also a seasoned beauty queen.
